Are you insane enough to think that they DON'T have the right to call you???? You are not making your payments! You owe them MONEY. What makes you think that they should'nt or wouldn't call you and the references that you gave them? If someone owed you money, and they didn't pay as promised, what would you do??

To the comment above ya they have a right to call someone, but 10 times a day for only being 5 days late is HARASSMENT BY LAW! How about not being a **** to this person? What are you someone who works through drive or something???
