I cannot and will not be held responsible if YOU choose to purchase a vehicle and it is later found the vehicle YOU chose to purchase has mechanical problems, structural problems, branded title or any number of other potential problems a vehicle or its title may have. I recommend YOU to do your own due diligence including, but not limited to a professional independent inspection of any vehicle prior to your purchase. And, any additional investigative research - such as obtaining a Vehicle History Report - prior to purchase. Or, if YOU choose to purchase an extended warranty (legally referred to as a Service Contract) and the company does not pay for repairs, the company goes bankrupt or simply does not perform the way YOU had expected. Read service contracts carefully (read all contracts carefully) and know as much as you can about the company that insures them. This goes for any product/service YOU may purchase. I also cannot and will not be held responsible for any damages caused by your acceptance of a deal offered to you by an auto dealer. I recommend that YOU do your own due diligence prior to signing any contractually obligating documents associated with your purchase. These types of actions will include, but not be limited to careful review of any documents YOU are asked to sign, never signing anything blank and getting all promises made to you by an auto dealer in writing and signed by an authorized party at the dealership. These conditions may seem strict, but I cannot and will not be held responsible for decisions that YOU are ultimately responsible for making. We will be communicating via email and I insist that you not provide me with too much personal information. I will never rent, sell or share any of your contact information that you share with me (unless required by Law or Law Enforcement). That being said, please do not send me your social security number, date of birth, drivers license number or any other type of information that may be detrimental to YOU if the wrong person were to obtain it. I do not want to be responsible for securing your personal information and again, we will be communicating via email which is not a secure connection. If YOU are uncomfortable communicating with me about your credit situation, then please do not send me any information regarding your credit. My services are still available, but I may not be able to assist you regarding any financing and rates that may have been offered to you. Use my car negotiation service only if you agree to these terms and keep in my mind that I am simply trying to assist YOU in negotiating a better deal and to help YOU avoid being "ripped off" or scammed; however, I cannot and will not guarantee that YOU will not fall prey to those types of acts.
